DC State Fair has put together a collection of tasty tomato recipes for you! Try the recipes with different tomato varieties (perhaps start with Sun Sugar tomatoes, voted the tastiest at Washington Gardener magazine’s tomato tasting this weekend) and let us know what your favorite is!
From soups, sides, and salads to main courses, desserts, and canning recipes, the recipe book has 15 recipes collected to feature tomatoes paired with the best summer produce you can grow or find at the farmers’ markets in the District.
